The gym is open from 6am to 10pm Monday to Friday, and from 8am to 8pm on weekends. However, there are special hours for certain groups of people.
Seniors (aged 60 and over) can use the gym for free from 8am to 10am Monday to Friday.
Women-only hours are from 6pm to 8pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
